What is your jewelry made of?
We use tarnish-resistant sterling silver when we make our jewelry. The chains that we use are made my a third party and can be made of sterling silver or tarnish-resistant argentium silver depending on availability. All of our jewelry is stamped with .925 to show that it is genuine sterling silver. We also make any of our designs with 14K gold, 18K gold, 19K gold, and even platinum upon request.
My jewelry is tarnished (oxidized). Can I return it?
Oxidation is a naturally occurring characteristic of sterling silver. Our sterling silver jewelry, with the exception of our chains, is cast in tarnish-resistant sterling silver. We use higher quality alloys in our silver that last up to 7-12 times longer than standard sterling silver before oxidation. If your jewelry encounters oxidation within 5 business days of receiving your jewelry you may send it back to us for us to be examined by our quality control specialists. Endure Jewelry is delivered in an airtight package that helps prevent oxidation. We recommend wearing your Endure Jewelry on a daily basis to prevent oxidation with the elements. The more often you wear your Endure Jewelry, the more it reacts to the oils in your skin and oxidation is less likely to occur. It is also highly recommend storing your jewelry in an airtight package when it is not being worn.

Why is the price online different than the price I saw at a trade show or on a promotional flyer?
With the constant change in metal and labor prices we cannot guarantee that the price you see at an event or on our printed material will remain constant. Due to the nature of our business, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on approved purchases to all U.S. military addresses. We also offer a 10% discount off regular priced items at trade shows and events with a valid military ID.
