Shipping

In-stock orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of settled payment. Items not in stock are made to order and require an additional 2-4 week delivery. Online inventory may not always reflect physical inventory count. If you need your order to arrive before a specific date, p
lease contact us prior to completing your order i. Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. "Free Shipping" promotions are for USPS Standard shipping only. Please e-mail endurejewelryco@gmail.com if you have any special shipping requests.

Email Addresses

When a visitor gives us their email address, or sends us email correspondence, we retain their email address. We do not share our email lists with third parties for marketing purposes. We use email addresses to communicate with you regarding your orders and other matters regarding transactions between us or your customer relationship with us. We may also use your email address to share information about Endure Jewelry Company's products and services that may be of interest to you.

Visitor Information

We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).

Telephone Numbers

Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will be used to contact a customer in the event of an issue regarding online orders or refund transactions. In the event a visitor does not want to receive telephone calls, they may add a note to their online purchase for a request to be contacted by email.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We offer the following return/exchange policy. Returns are accepted within 5 business days for a full store credit in the form of an online gift card less any shipping costs. Returns made after 5 business days and before 30 days from purchase will be accepted less a 20% re-stocking credit. Exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from purchase. All sale or clearance items are final sale including promotional priced items. In the event an item is shipped with a manufacturers defect please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please notify via email to endurejewelryco@gmail.com. Please note: 14K Gold, 18K Gold, or personalized and special order products are final sale given that there are no manufacturers defects. Please e-mail us at endurejewelryco@gmail.com and enter "Exchange" in the subject line. Please describe the reason for the exchange as well as the purchase date, your name, phone number, mailing address, and item description. Please include in the return package a copy of the original receipt and invoice number. If you do not have the original packing slip please include the product information, your name, address and phone number and reason for exchange.

Packages must be sent via USPS mail. Our facility does not have set office hours to accept FedEx or UPS packages. We strongly recommend adding insurance and tracking on your returned packages.
